Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Carbon Osborne Park

Hi there, thanks for stopping by. We're glad to have gotten your attention, but we'll be thrilled when you apply.

We're on the hunt for a new member of our team. We're eager to find someone who is passionate about what they do, and is excited for a new journey with our fantastic firm.

About Carbon

We’re not your average professional services firm. Carbon launched in 2014 with the goal to shake up the industry and change the level of service that small and medium business owners received. We combine all the core business services in the one place (from accounting to bookkeeping to finance to insurance and everything in between), bringing together some of the best experts in the industry so our clients can focus on doing more of what they love.

What it means to be a Carbonite

Our Carbonites are our best asset, and we’ve grown from a small team of 13 people in a single office in Perth to over 300 Carbonites nationwide, with offices in multiple states. A key element in our plan of world domination is having the best people possible to help us along the way. This is where you come in.

As our next Carbonite, you’ll be joining a team at multiple levels. You’ll be part of a team in your office, working with other talented people such as yourself. You’ll also be joining our national ranks, meaning you can easily tap into a knowledge base for a tricky question or to bounce ideas off of for the next team activity.

Empowering our Carbonites is a big part of our mission and vision, so we focus on helping our Carbonites learn and grow, developing their careers in the direction that they want to go in.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply for a role at Carbon?

That’s easy, all you need to do is browse our available roles above and submit an application by following the prompts. Remember, we like to do things differently here at Carbon so don’t be afraid to show us your personality in your application.

Is it compulsory to submit something different to the traditional cover letter (like a video)?

No, not at all. While we’d love to see a video, a presentation, or something completely left field, we understand not everyone feels comfortable doing that.

But, you don’t need to stick to the conventional cover letter to show us why we need to get you in for an interview. You can show us through what you write in your cover letter a bit more about you – for example, what motivates you, what do you love to do outside work, the possibilities are endless!

The application had me set up an account on a different platform, Carbon People Management, is this normal?

Yes! Carbon People Management is our amazing people platform where we manage all things People & Culture. You’ll be prompted to create an account and will receive emails from the system with updates on your application.

How long will it be before I get an update on my application?

We like to move quickly when hiring, so we’ll do our best to get back to you within one week – but as you know, life in financial services can turn quickly so if we take a few extra days to update you, we’re sorry.

How will I know if I’m unsuccessful?

If your application with us is unsuccessful, we will update you via email.

If I’m unsuccessful for one role, can I apply for another in the future?

Absolutely! You’ll already have an account on Carbon People Management so if you see another role you’re interested in you can apply quickly.

Do you store my details in your system?

Yes, we do. If you’d like us to delete your account please email people@carbongroup.com.au.

You can view our privacy policy here.

I’m ready to step up into a Partner role, can Carbon help me take this leap?

Yes! Check out our Carbon Corporate website for more information on how we can help you elevate your career to the next level.

I already own my own firm, where can I find out how Carbon can help me elevate it?

Visit our Carbon Corporate website for more information on the options depending on where you are at in your business journey.
